Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,268 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H10, CCNB1IP1, and PNN. Each is linked with NIPAL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL2 versus ZC3H10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
