Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP1, DAZ4, and OR6F1. Each is linked with NIPAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRISP1 grouped by NIPAL2-low versus NIPAL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
