Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIP1R, LAD1, and STAP2. Each is linked with NIPAL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL1 versus HIP1R in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
