NIPAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 461 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DVL1, HDGFL1, and PHF1. Each is linked with NIPAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DVL1 grouped by NIPAL1-low versus NIPAL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
