The most reproducible NIPAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, PDCD4, and c-Kit. Each is linked with NIPAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL1 results are reported.
