NIPAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GW-2580, Masitinib, and XMD13-2. Each is linked with NIPAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GW-2580 grouped by NIPAL1-low versus NIPAL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
