NIPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,538 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE3A, RTF1, and RRM2. Each is linked with NIPA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPA2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2 versus UBE3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
