Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ30, TRAJ11, and MIR2276. Each is linked with NIPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPA2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ30 grouped by NIPA2-low versus NIPA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
