Across TCGA patient cohorts, NINJ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,545 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NINJ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, EIF2S2, and WIPF1. Each is linked with NINJ2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NINJ2-to-partner and partner-to-NINJ2 results are reported.
