Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NINJ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,236 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NINJ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf89, NRGN, and GPD1. Each is linked with NINJ2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NINJ2-to-partner and partner-to-NINJ2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NINJ2 versus C16orf89 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NINJ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NINJ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
