Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NINJ1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NINJ1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher NINJ1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NINJ1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC and ESCA are the cancer types where NINJ1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
