NIM1K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIM1K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIM1K-associated genes across cancer lineages are INHBE, DIAPH3, and MBD1. Each is linked with NIM1K in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIM1K-to-partner and partner-to-NIM1K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INHBE grouped by NIM1K-low versus NIM1K-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIM1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIM1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
