Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIM1K mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIM1K-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, ASNS, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with NIM1K in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIM1K-to-partner and partner-to-NIM1K results are reported.
