NIF3L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIF3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,042 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIF3L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTYMK, MCM2_S139, and MCM3. Each is linked with NIF3L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIF3L1-to-partner and partner-to-NIF3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIF3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIF3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
