NIF3L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIF3L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,202 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIF3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC115, KCTD18, and CDKN3. Each is linked with NIF3L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIF3L1-to-partner and partner-to-NIF3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIF3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIF3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
