Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIF3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,488 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIF3L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint. Each is linked with NIF3L1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIF3L1-to-partner and partner-to-NIF3L1 results are reported.
