NID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 677 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCK, FAM236A, and TCP10L2. Each is linked with NID2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NID2-to-partner and partner-to-NID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCK grouped by NID2-low versus NID2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
