NID1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,651 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCHS1, CSPG4, and MCAM. Each is linked with NID1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NID1-to-partner and partner-to-NID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NID1 versus DCHS1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
