Across TCGA cell cohorts, NID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 592 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C8orf86, DTWD1, and BBS7. Each is linked with NID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NID1-to-partner and partner-to-NID1 results are reported.
