Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NICN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NICN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL332P, RNU7-30P, and MIR4451. Each is linked with NICN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NICN1-to-partner and partner-to-NICN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL332P grouped by NICN1-low versus NICN1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NICN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NICN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
