NIBAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHDDS, ITGAE, and XPNPEP3. Each is linked with NIBAN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN3-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHDDS grouped by NIBAN3-low versus NIBAN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIBAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIBAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
