NIBAN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,259 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIBAN2_S696, NIBAN2_S665, and NIBAN2_S692. Each is linked with NIBAN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN2-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIBAN2 versus NIBAN2_S696 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIBAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIBAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
