Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,302 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIBAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A10, ANXA1, and SCEL. Each is linked with NIBAN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN2-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIBAN2 versus S100A10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIBAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIBAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
