Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAH, HSPA4L, and CBY1P1. Each is linked with NIBAN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN2-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN2 results are reported.
