Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eIF4E, and JNK2. Each is linked with NIBAN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN2-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN2 results are reported.
