Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIBAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,130 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Positive regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of plasma membrane repair. Each is linked with NIBAN2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN2-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN2 results are reported.
