NIBAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIBAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 478 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1LW, NPVF, and EDN3. Each is linked with NIBAN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN2-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1LW grouped by NIBAN2-low versus NIBAN2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIBAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIBAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
