NIBAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,719 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIBAN1_S602, NIBAN1_S622, and NIBAN1_S646. Each is linked with NIBAN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIBAN1 versus NIBAN1_S602 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIBAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIBAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
