Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIBAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,170 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Cellular response to abiotic stimulus, and Cellular response to environmental stimulus. Each is linked with NIBAN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN1 results are reported.
