NIBAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIBAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 355 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, KDELR3, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with NIBAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by NIBAN1-low versus NIBAN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIBAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIBAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
