NHSL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NHSL2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mirin, GSK2801, and Ara-G. Each is linked with NHSL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHSL2-to-partner and partner-to-NHSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
