NHSL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,827 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHSL1_S328, NHSL1_S1386, and VANGL2. Each is linked with NHSL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NHSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NHSL1 versus NHSL1_S328 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
