Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NHSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REPS1, HDDC2, and ACAT2. Each is linked with NHSL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NHSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NHSL1 versus REPS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
