NHSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, p62 Lck ligand, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with NHSL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NHSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NHSL1-low versus NHSL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
