Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,764 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NHS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHS_T380, NHS_T976, and NHS_S394. Each is linked with NHS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHS-to-partner and partner-to-NHS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
