Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NHS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE19, RAB8A, and RBPJ. Each is linked with NHS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHS-to-partner and partner-to-NHS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
