Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NHS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, INPP4B, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with NHS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHS-to-partner and partner-to-NHS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
