Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NHP2P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NHP2P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NHP2P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NHP2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LUSC show a favorable association.
STAD, UCS, and UCEC are the cancer types where NHP2P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
