Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NHLRC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NHLRC4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NHLRC4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NHLRC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NHLRC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
