Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLRC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NHLRC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-922P, RPL31P40, and TVP23BP2. Each is linked with NHLRC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLRC4-to-partner and partner-to-NHLRC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-922P grouped by NHLRC4-low versus NHLRC4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
