NHLRC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,021 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLRC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, RPL6, and VPS36. Each is linked with NHLRC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NHLRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
