NHLRC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLRC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,846 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLRC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GALNS, GLB1, and HEXA. Each is linked with NHLRC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NHLRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
