Across TCGA cell cohorts, NHLRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,185 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLRC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Retrograde transport, vesicle recycling within Golgi, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NHLRC3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NHLRC3 results are reported.
