Across TCGA cell cohorts, NHLRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,769 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLRC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Positive regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Positive regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with NHLRC2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLRC2-to-partner and partner-to-NHLRC2 results are reported.
