NHLH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,275 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A15, MIR3659HG, and POU3F1. Each is linked with NHLH2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLH2-to-partner and partner-to-NHLH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NHLH2 versus SLC22A15 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
