NHLH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 686 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7974, RNA5SP412, and PCAT4. Each is linked with NHLH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLH2-to-partner and partner-to-NHLH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7974 grouped by NHLH2-low versus NHLH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
