NHLH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 875 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKN3, ELF3, and SLC27A4. Each is linked with NHLH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLH1-to-partner and partner-to-NHLH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKN3 grouped by NHLH1-low versus NHLH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
