NHLH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NHLH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMELY, MAGEB4, and STRA8. Each is linked with NHLH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLH1-to-partner and partner-to-NHLH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMELY grouped by NHLH1-low versus NHLH1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
