NHEJ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHEJ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,412 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHEJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8A1, SPOCD1, and CERCAM. Each is linked with NHEJ1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHEJ1-to-partner and partner-to-NHEJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHEJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHEJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
