Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGLY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NGLY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMTM3, GRP, and JUP. Each is linked with NGLY1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGLY1-to-partner and partner-to-NGLY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGLY1 versus CMTM3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGLY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGLY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
